Internal-embed flat compensated drip pipe production unit can be used as multi-purpose during the production under requirements of users. This machinery can manufacture different types of drip pipe , such as internal cylindrical drip pipe , internal flat drip pipe and internal compensated drip pipe . Internal flat drip pipe has thin wall and suits cotton farm and other field crop, it required to lay up every year. Internal flat compensated drip pipe can be used in desert , wilderness land, mountain area, and hilly land . Also it can be lay in a long distance and pressure changing area. The internal flat compensated drip pipe achieved excellent result . It's production speed around 170m/min, is faster than any other same product's in the world . Drilling method using mechanical drilling , the highest speed at 900holes/min , also it cost only 1/20 of by use laser drilling . Other factors of this product are accuracy, and high rate of finished products. We also use our patent product - heating cable for heating device .

The production unit is very easy to operate. With high degree of automation, all required data such as production speed , diameter of pipe , thickness of pipe's wall and space between drips can be pre-set , then computer will making production order and working properly . We'll monitor performance and adjust technical parameter of each production unit for our users by Internet in our monitor centre .
