Epoxy-Steel-PE Composite pipe project

1. Generals

A. Steel tube diameter : 500-1500mm ;

B. Steel tube length : 6-8M , adjustable ;

C. Surface quality :

a. inside epoxy coating quality to Standard “ steel tube --- l inside wall corrosion resistant liquid epoxy coating technology ” .

b. outside coating quality to china standard ‘Bury steel tube HDPE coating corrosion resistant quality” and china standard “steel tube melt epoxy powder outside coating technology”.

D. Capacity : 72sqM/H ;

E. Ddust exhausts: to meet China standard” air pollution exhaust standard” .

2. equipment details

A. Steel tube forming and welding ;

a. tube forming : including steel sheet flatting and reeling systems , position changer ;
b. welding systems : imported bury arc welding systems and cooling systems are applied , specially for auto and stable welding of thin wall steel tubes .

B. Outside wall ball blasting line :

To get rid of oxides, rusts , foreign of the inside tube walls , to improve coating quality . Including convey line , pre-heating systems, ball blaster , dust remover and etc.
a. ball blaster : including ball blaster, blasting room, conveyer, lift and separator ;

b. pre-heating systems : mid-frequency heating ;

c. dust remover including hi-pressure blower and vacuum cloth pocket, capacity : 30000m³/min .

C. Inside wall ball blasting line

To get rid of oxides , rusts , foreign of the inside tube walls , to improve coating quality .

Including convey line , pre-heating systems, ball blaster , dust remover and etc , to meet the requirements of cleanness and grain deepness. including inside wall ball blaster, dust remover and etc ;

Dust remover : including hi-pressure blower and dust cloth pocket remover ;

Inside blowing and brushing system : get rid of those scraps and foreign, to get good quality coatings. vacuum cloth pocket , capacity : 8000m³/min.
D. Inside wall epoxy coating line
To spray evenly on tube inside walls .
E. Outside wall epoxy coating line
Hi-voltage static electricity spray technologies. with multi-spraying guns at small quantity spraying , to ensure even thickness coating .
Including cables, heating, spraying and powder collect systems.

a. heating : mid-frequency sensor heating ( part of which is of gas heating ) ;

b. spray and powder collect : including hi-pressure static generator, auto-spray guns , spray room and collect systems .

F. Extrusion systems

Including adhesive coating extruder, PE extruder , die and tooling , calendar systems .

G. Cooling systems

To ensure that heated tubes can be cooled down below 80’C,including water cooling room , water cooling tower , spray systems and cables.

H. Tube end treatment systems

including tube turn-around and pipe end bell

this is to get a jointing for tubes.
I. Test systems

Including on-line electric spark small hole tester, protable electric spark small hole tester , coating thickness tester, line temperature and speed on-line test and control systems .

electric spark small hole tester is to test small holes on both inside and outside anti-corrosion coatings, measuring at 0.03-3.5mm , voltage 0.5-15KV.

Coating wall thickness tester to test inside and outside costing wall thicknesses , at 0~1250μm , results can be printed;

Temperature test is of Infrared tester, control systems can make adjustments onto the line according to the results of temperatures and speeds tested by the Infrared tester .

J. Controlling systems

Every motor drive controls several motors

in this way, different part/stage of the line can be controlled separately or with parts . Inlet sand outlets are equipped with quick and independent stop abilities . driven systems equipped with blowing cooling systems and protective ground connecting screws . major control components are of world/home famous brand names . every motors are with overheated , phrase lost and short circuit protections , and 1 motor failure give no impact to others’ normal running .
