¡¡	Plastic Aluminium Composite Panel Produce Line
¡¡	Model CAPP 1500/1800 It's the key equipment to form this composite panel , under continuous hi-pressure and hi-temperature, alu sheet , PE sheet and polymer film are bonded solidly to be a flat board . This continuous production line combines all advantages of similar lines at home and abroad , it's of good performance and its reasonable  working flow design making it easier to operate . We have 2 models to make PE-alu composite panel : CAPP1500/1800 -¢ñ on-line PE extrusion way , CAPP1500/1800- ¢ò off-line PE extrusion way . that means PE sheet is pre-extruded and coiled before PE-alu composite sheet making , It's then de-coiled onto the production line to make the composite panel . Comparing with each other , they have respectively both advantages and disadvantages as followings : ¡¡

¡¡	¡¡	CAPP1500/1800 -¢ñ, on line PE extrusion Advantages : 1. Save PE sheet de-coiling and preheating equipments, lower energy consumption ; 2. Easy operating, no need to joint PE sheet together. When PE sheet extrusion is stably of good quality, it can get higher good quality rate(1% more than that of CAPP 1500/1800-¢ò). Disadvantages : 1. The whole line running is subject to the running speed of  PE sheet extrusion ,  it can reach only 2.5M/min only , thus  it's of hi-energy consumption ; 2. In case of poor PE supply, PE sheet extrusion is not good enough, good quality panel rate on the  contrary is lower . ¡¡
	CAPP 1500/1800-¢ò off line PE extrusion Advantages : 1. Hi-speed of 4-5M/min , to lower energy and workforce costs ; 2. All PE sheets are checked to be qualified before put on line , thus it can increase good product rate . Disadvantages : 1. Higher PE extrusion energy consumption ; 2. Higher loss at PE sheet  jointing/welding .
