Butt-welding PEX-AL-PEX pipe line

Model Tpexal-32, Tpexal-63, Tpexal-110, Tpexal-200 .
Tig welding pipe and machines are as same as Henco , Hewing , Swisscab , APswiss .

For bigger sizes of multilayer pipes (bigger than 40mm) , we have found the best solutions for you , you can use low cost (stainless)  steel sheet , but not the expansive Aluminum sheet . Our line is good for multilayer pipe making up to 200mm .

Began from 1994 year , we studied and researched by ourselves the production technology of butt-welding PEX-AL-PEX composite pipes , and in 1998 we successfully made a top-quality , fully computer-controlling Tig butt-welding PEX-AL-PEX composite pipe production line . It's a combination of welding and mechanics technics , a combination of many theories and practices .

It can weld Alu-sheet of thickness from 0.2-2mm , has a high production speed :15M/min , easy to control and handle .

Hi - precision inverse transformation welding power sources are applied , electrical current and   data are indicated digitally , IC tension control , on-line eddy current check on defect welding , hi-frequency heating and fully computer control , all these make it advanced in technology at home;

All key parts and components are made of the best materials at home, those purchased ones are hi-quality imported electronic devices ( frequency conversioner , coder etc) . précised CAM technology, advanced processing and measuring ways are applied in manufacturing , making dies and tool carriers get very high precissions.ISO9000 system is applied , after assembled , the whole machines perform very well , durable to run,1st successful running rate is up to 98% .

Our precision CAM technology make sure that we can have a continuous précised alu-tube forming , as it can avoid alu sheets’ going off course and going winkling , thus a very round and good alu tube can be made stably.  

Typical and patented Integrated alu-tube tightening technology (national patent) can make a durable adhesion on Polymer and alu sheet.  

Solid hi-frequency heating is of hi-efficient , water and energy saving , polutionless , there’s no any thermal interia , It’s easy to control heating temperature , which can be adjusted and controlled by computer precisely and continuously . it’s the best heating way for pex-al-pex pipe making , especially for adhesive bonding to polymers and alu-sheet.  

In order to get a solid welding on the very thin alu sheet, hi-precision inverse transformation welding power sources are applied , which is of light in weight , hi-efficient , stable welding current , good welding seam forming.

we studied and made a hi-quality welder for PEX-AL-PEX pipe specially , It's major electronic devices are all of foreign famous brand names . Welding thickness:0.25-1.5mm , up to 3mm is also not difficult , can weld all big size pipes , and have great advantages against ultrasonic welding when welding big size pipes .

PII Computer control systems (Windows NT) and touch control panel are applied , which have the following advantages:

1.      it’s composed of 1 main control and 4 sub-controls , reasonable layout ;

2.      all controlling subjects on the line have special controllers , located at site on line , very easy to handle;

3.      site-bus and distribution cablings of international standard Web technology are applied , making a reliable performance and anti-interference properties , especially anti hi-frequency interference.

4.      data from main controller can be reliably distributed to all site sub-controllers , at the same time , all working data from sub-controllers can be sent to main controller;

5.      computer system can then automatically learn all data , and find the best running curve for the whole line;

6.      computer controlling or site manual controlling can be easily converted , very convenient for installing and adjusting ;

7.      its smart controlling structures giving a easy controlling reconstructing and extending ;

8.      when a controller failed to work , there’s no any interference to others , the main controller and other sub-controllers can work normally .
