Introduction

We started to successfully make this kind of machine in 1999 , to be the 1^st Chinese company in this field . We have both SN4 and SN8 systems.

Well designed BM screws are applied to the line, which give the line hi-efficient and good quality plasticating , stable pressure of melt flows, can greatly improve extruders’ capacity and stabilities .

Following the main international trends, Main extruder gear box is of hi-torque gear box , equipped with trust base ; all well selected materials are professional treated and made , thus it runs stably and with low noise .

Our spiral flow channels dies are of low resistance, making melt flows goes evenly, materials’ thickness can be regulated in a certain ranges. Hi-temperature resistant steel alloys are used and specially treated, its fatigue strength limit is quite high, it can stand lashing test for many times, low temperature lashing toughness is fine. Thus our dies are durable .

Corrugator is the key of the line, ours is vertical , well constructed. Our forming blocks , mould base plate , rail , wall and other components are precisely made, to ensure forming blocks can accurately counterpoint in the forming path. After forming, blocks release vertically in ladder like way, which can make sure, at the best, that pipes can be moved smoothly and pipes keep bright and clean, excellent pipe waves .

PLC control systems and software are applied to the line , it’s synchronous for the whole line . all key components such as DC governors , PLC, touch control panel are the top brand names of the world. It’s durable and easy to run, extruder rpm, melt pressure , temperature , running speed of corrugator and others can be set and reset , restore , warned and detected .

From 1999 on, we have kept updating our design according all experience in making and running this kind of machines , now our machines have the following advantages :

1). Whole line design is very reasonable, key components are of hi-quality and durable. All key parts of corrugator are made by CNC center, thus our forming blocks and conveying blocks run with each other perfectly ;

2). Matured working flows , pipe quality stable , hi-percentage of good quality pipes from our machines ;

3). Corrugating way is well designed, pipes are light in weight (low Kg/m) , pipes can meet product standard and also can save a lot raw materials ;

4). On-line belling makes pipe jointing easy and simple .

2 . Krah pipe extrusion machine
A winding (to form a pipe) way is applied to this line, thus its cost is very lower, and good pipes can be easily made .

We make Krah type of machines 1200-3000mm .
